Trainer Functions

The Trainer functions described in this chapter are used to manage and configure the objectives associated with training and testing for certifications. The ten functions described in the following subsections include: Select certification, Add new certification, Modify certification, Delete certification, Objectives, Categories, Question pool, Training courses, Test templates and Reports.

To access any of these Trainer functions, click on Trainer listed in the Main Menu area of the Omnixx Console Interface screen. A drop-down menu of available functions is displayed allowing the administrator to select a Trainer function.

To access help for any of the Trainer functions, click the Help button to display the Omnixx Console Help Window. To close the Help window, click the OK button.

Omnixx Console Certification Functions

The Omnixx Console Certification functions are illustrated in the table below. The certification level and the available functions are provided for the user.

Certification Level	Available Functions
DMAX	Datamaxx Representative. All functions available; only certification that can add/delete an agency.
Agency Super Administrator	All functions for managing own agency.
Agency Configuration Administrator	All functions, excluding administering certifications.
Agency Device Administrator	All functions for managing devices within own agency.
Agency User Administrator	All functions for managing users within own agency.
Agency Training Administrator	All functions for managing certifications within own agency.
Subagency Super Administrator	All functions for managing own subagency.
Subagency Device Administrator	All functions for managing devices within own subagency.
Subagency User Administrator	All functions for managing users within own subagency.
