Modify Subagency (Agency)

SAGY_PROP_AGY

The Modify Subagency (Agency) function is used by the administrator to change information pertaining to a subagency already existing in the database. This function allows the administrator to modify subagency application functions.

To modify a subagency, click the Modify subagency (agency) option from the Subagencies drop-down menu. A list of all subagencies previously added to the database is displayed in the Functionality area of the screen. Highlight the appropriate subagency by clicking it with your mouse, and then click the Next button to continue. (Refer to Section 5.1.1 – Select Subagency for the “select a subagency” process.) However, if a subagency was previously selected, the information for that particular subagency will be displayed in place of the list of available subagencies. Note: The identifier is displayed in grayed text (“grayed-out”) and cannot be altered. Identifiers are referred to as primary keys and are used as search criteria.
