Delete Subagency

To delete a subagency, click the Delete subagency option from the Subagencies drop-down menu. A list of all subagencies previously added to the database is displayed in the Functionality area of the screen. However, if a subagency was previously selected, the information for that particular subagency will be displayed in the Subagency field.
This function allows the administrator to delete an existing subagency from the database. This process is considered a critical delete and must have two confirmations prior to the deletion of any data. This procedure ensures that no valuable information is deleted unintentionally. If the administrator’s intention to delete the subagency is confirmed both times, the selected subagency and all related information will be deleted. The information deleted is not recoverable.
To complete the first step in the deletion process, type the word DELETE just as it appears in the Enter Confirmation field. Click the OK button to continue.
If the administrator decides not to delete the subagency during the first step in the deletion process, clicking the Cancel button will display the Cancel Confirmation dialog box. Click the OK button and the administrator returns to the Omnixx Console Main Menu screen. Note: The subagency identifier is still entered in the Subagency field.
The second step is another response to a confirmation box. In this box, the word DeLeTe must be typed into the Enter Confirmation field exactly as shown, with every other letter capitalized. Click the OK button to continue.
If the administrator decides not to delete the subagency during the second step in the deletion process, clicking the Cancel button will display the Cancel Confirmation dialog box. Click the OK button and the administrator returns to the Omnixx Console Main Menu screen. Note: The subagency identifier is still entered in the Subagency field.
If the deletion is successful, the Delete Subagency Confirmation message is displayed. Click the OK button to continue. Note: The subagency identifier is deleted from the Subagency field.
By clicking the OK button once again, the Delete Subagency Complete message is displayed.
After successfully deleting a subagency from the database, the administrator clicks the OK button once again and the Omnixx Console Subagencies Functions screen.
