Modify AgencyAgency Functions
The Agency functions described in this chapter are used to manage and configure agencies within the database. The only function available in this subsection is Modify Agency.
To access this Agency function, click on Agencies listed in the Main Menu area of the Omnixx Console Interface screen. A drop-down menu of available functions is displayed allowing the administrator to select an agency function. Note that the administrator’s Agency Identifier defaults to the Agency field in the Summary area.
To access help for any of the Agency functions, click the Help button to display the Omnixx Console Help Window. To close the Help window, click the OK button.
