Select Subagency

SAGY_SEL

To select a subagency, click the Select subagency option from the Subagencies drop-down menu. A list of all subagencies previously added to the database is displayed in the Functionality area of the screen.

SAGY_ID

This function allows the administrator to select an existing subagency from the database. Each subagency is represented by its ID and name in a list and is sorted by ID. If the administrator is not certified to run this function, his or her own subagency will always be considered the selected agency. Once the subagency is highlighted, click the OK button to continue.

The identifier of the selected agency is displayed in the Subagency field in the Summary area of the Omnixx Console Interface screen. The identifier for the agency name to which the subagency is assigned is shown in the Agency field.
