Select Device

DEV_SEL

To select a device, click the Select device option from the Devices drop-down menu. A list of all devices previously added to the database is displayed in the Functionality area of the screen.

DEV_ID

This function allows the administrator to select an existing device from the database. Each device is represented by its ID and name in a list and is sorted by ID. Once the device is highlighted, click the OK button to continue.

The identifier of the selected device is displayed in the Device field in the Summary area of the Omnixx Console Interface screen.
