Subagencies provide the linkage between an agency, the devices, and users assigned to that agency. The subagency’s main function is to allow central agency administrators to delegate administrative duties and responsibilities for devices and users to their local counterparts. Local administrators are able to view and manage only those devices and users assigned to their subagency. All subagencies are associated with a single agency.
